MacBrookGas is a family-owned and run insulation and heating installation company. Our base is in Norfolk, but we provide services across the UK. We have built a team of highly qualified and experienced designers, assessors, engineers and installers who reflect our core values of expertise, quality and customer focus.
Who we are
MacBrookGas helps customers to improve the energy efficiency of the homes by ensuring that they are properly insulated and by providing access to the latest (and greenest) heating systems.
Our team has seen and solved most challenges that the UK’s varied housing stock can throw at them. We understand that, whilst all home improvement works can be disruptive, it is important to keep this to a minimum and focus on working around each customers’ daily life. On site, we are clean, friendly and efficient. At head office, we are professional, organised and responsive.
What we do
You will hear the term ‘retrofit’ applied to the type of work that MacBrookGas does.
This simply means that we work on existing properties and improve them – making sure they are better insulated and better heated.
We have developed our expertise in ‘green technology’ by helping our customers to adopt new ways of keeping their homes warm and staying in control of their heating costs. And can We are able to help customers understand how they can benefit from the latest innovations in areas such as solar panels and Air Source Heat Pumps.
We understand that switching to a new and unfamiliar technology can seem daunting. That’s why we take the time to sit down with each customer and explain how to get the best out of an equipment we install.
